  • cup / 82 g Yogurt
  • 2 large Frozen Bananas Sliced
  • 2 tbsp / 32 g Peanut Butter
  • ¼ tsp / 0.5 g Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp / 12 g Sugar Optional
  • ¼ cup Ice Cubes Optional

For Garnish and Decoration

  • Peanut Butter
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Banana Slices

Instructions

Combine Milk, Yogurt, and Banana

  • Pour milk and yogurt into a blender to create the base for the smoothie.
  • Add frozen banana slices to the blender mixture.

Add Flavorings and Ice Cubes

  • Mix in peanut butter and cinnamon to boost flavor.
