These 3 ingredient mango truffles are quick, sweet, and easy to make. A perfect no-bake dessert with rich mango flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sizes Mango chopped
  • 2 cups Desiccated Coconut extra for rolling
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk

Instructions

Prepare the Mango Base

  • Take 2 large mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Make puree out of the mango pieces using a hand blender.
  • Set the puree aside in a different bowl.

Make the Truffle Mixture

  • When the puree is made, take a pan and put it on the stovetop on medium-high heat.
  • Roast desiccated coconut in the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Keep stirring the coconut constantly while roasting it.
  • Add the mango puree and condensed milk to the pan.
  • Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from both sides of the pan.

Chill and Shape the Truffles

  • Transfer the mango truffle mixture onto a plate.
  • Let the mixture cool for a bit.
  • Grease your hands with ghee or butter.
  • Scoop the mango truffle mixture with a cookie scoop and roll it into small balls.

Coat, Decorate, And Serve!

  • Coat the mango truffle balls in the roasted desiccated coconut by rolling them in the coconut.
  • Serve and enjoy!
