- ½ cup / 113.5 g Unsalted butter
- 1¼ cup / 156 g All-purpose Flour
- ½ tsp / 2 g Baking Powder
- ½ tsp / 3 g Kosher Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup / 220 g Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup / 50 g Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup / 90 g Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup / 58.5 g Walnuts
Preheat The Oven and Prepare The Pan
Mix Wet Ingredients
Into the cooled browned butter you prepared earlier, stir in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and whisk to combine the butter and sugar.
Crack the eggs and mix with a whisk or hand mixer until the mixture has thickened slightly.
Add the vanilla essence and mix until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients and Mix-Ins
Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt into the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients.
Using a rubber spatula, mix until combined.
Toss in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts and mix until fully combined.
Bake, Cool, and Serve!
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Bake the blondies in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the top looks golden.
Once baked, allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan.
Using the parchment overhang, remove the blondies from the pan.
