Ingredients

For Meatball Preparation

  • 500 grams Ground Chicken
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • ½ medium size Minced Onion
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 4 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1 medium-sized Egg
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil

For Cooking

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Cloves
  • ½ stick Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Whole Cumin
  • 1 medium-sized Sliced Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • ½ Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • Mix ground chicken, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, minced onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, gram flour, egg, ghee, and breadcrumbs.
  • Oil your hands thoroughly and form small balls.
  • Heat a skillet on the stovetop over medium-high heat.
  • Add vegetable oil and meatballs, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  • Heat a pan on the stovetop over medium heat.
  • Add vegetable oil, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and tomato paste before cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add a little water, then add yogurt before simmering it.
  • Now, add 2 cups of water, bring it to a boil, and finally, add the chicken meatballs.
  • Add green chilies and cover the pan.
  • Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and chopped coriander, then stirr for a bit.
  • Serve and enjoy.
