- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 small size Red Onion Finely Diced
- 3 cloves Garlic Grated
- ½ cup Red Bell Peppers Sliced
- ½ cup Green Bell Peppers Sliced
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken boiled
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 2 sliced Bread
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cook the Sandwich Filling
Put olive oil in a pan and set the heat to medium-high.
Add the red onion and sauté for a few seconds.
Add 3 cloves of grated garlic to the sauteed onion and cook until it becomes fragrant.
Add the green bell peppers and red bell peppers, and cook until they become tender.
Add the Chicken and Seasonings
Boil chicken breasts or thighs, and shred them.
Add the chicken shreds to the sauteed vegetables.
Now, add tomato paste, cumin powder, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the filling for about 1 to 2 more minutes.
Add the coriander and cook for a few seconds.
Prepare the Sandwich
Take 2 slices of bread for each sandwich.
Spread about 2 teaspoons of butter on each bread slice.
Transfer the chicken sandwich filling to one piece of bread evenly.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the filling evenly.
Put the other piece of bread on top of the cheese.
