Dry Ingredients:
- 1 and ½ tsp All Purpose Flour 190 grams
- 1 and ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅔ cup sugar 130 grams
Wet Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Cinnamon sugar topping:
- 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter for dipping then coat
- ⅓ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Mix Dry Ingredients
Grab a mixing bowl and combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg,
Add the granulated sugar and whisk together thoroughly, and set it aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients
Take another mixing bowl and crack 2 medium-sized room-temperature eggs into it.
Then add milk, melted butter, and a teaspoon of vanilla essence into the mixture.
Mix the wet ingredients well with a whisk until they’re smooth.
Combine The Batter and Bake
Now, pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and give them a good mix until just combined.
Take ⅓ cup of batter for each muffin and pour it into the muffin tin.
Now, bake the muffins for about 20 to 22 minutes.

Take the muffin pan out of the oven when the muffins are done, and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
For the cinnamon sugar topping, in a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon and sugar.
