Cinnamon Muffins Recipe -Moist, Warm & Ready in 30 Minutes

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ tsp All Purpose Flour 190 grams
  • 1 and ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • cup sugar 130 grams

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Cinnamon sugar topping:

  • 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter for dipping then coat
  • cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare The Oven and Pan

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease the muffin tin with melted butter and set it aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Grab a mixing bowl and combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg,
  • Add the granulated sugar and whisk together thoroughly, and set it aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Take another mixing bowl and crack 2 medium-sized room-temperature eggs into it.
  • Then add milk, melted butter, and a teaspoon of vanilla essence into the mixture.
  • Mix the wet ingredients well with a whisk until they’re smooth.

Combine The Batter and Bake

  • Now, pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and give them a good mix until just combined.
  • Take ⅓ cup of batter for each muffin and pour it into the muffin tin.
  • Now, bake the muffins for about 20 to 22 minutes.

Coat, Serve and Enjoy!

  • Take the muffin pan out of the oven when the muffins are done, and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  • For the cinnamon sugar topping, in a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon and sugar.
  • Dip the muffins in the melted, unsalted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
  • Now, you are ready to serve these delicious and easy cinnamon muffins.
