  • 1 & ½ Frozen Bananas
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Cold Brewed Coffee
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Whole Milk
  • 2 pieces Dates
  • 1 tbsp / 16 g Peanut Butter
  • ½ tsp / 3 ml Vanilla Essence
  • Ice Cubes Optional

Instructions

Add Ingredients To Blender

  • Remove the pits from the dates. Add them to the blender along with the frozen bananas.
  • Pour the cold-brewed coffee and whole milk into the blender.
  • Add peanut butter and vanilla essence to the mix.

Blend and Adjust Thickness

  • Blend everything on high speed for 50-60 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Taste the smoothie and add a few ice cubes if you want it colder or thicker.
  • Blend again for a few seconds until smooth.
