- 1 & ½ Frozen Bananas
- ½ cup / 120 ml Cold Brewed Coffee
- ½ cup / 120 ml Whole Milk
- 2 pieces Dates
- 1 tbsp / 16 g Peanut Butter
- ½ tsp / 3 ml Vanilla Essence
- Ice Cubes Optional
Add Ingredients To Blender
Remove the pits from the dates. Add them to the blender along with the frozen bananas.
Pour the cold-brewed coffee and whole milk into the blender.
Add peanut butter and vanilla essence to the mix.
Blend and Adjust Thickness
Blend everything on high speed for 50-60 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Taste the smoothie and add a few ice cubes if you want it colder or thicker.
Blend again for a few seconds until smooth.
