- 700 grams / 1.54 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp / 6 g salt
- ½ tsp / 1 g black pepper
- 1 tsp / 2 g chili flakes
- 1 tsp / 2 g paprika
- 1 tsp / 2 g onion powder
- 2 tsp / 6 g fresh garlic granules
- 1 tsp / 2 g oregano
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml olive oil
Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 6 tbsp / 84 g Salted Butter
- 5 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp / 8 g Parsley Chopped
- 1 tsp / 7 g Honey
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, add the chicken along with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, paprika, onion powder, garlic granules, oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Mix well until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature
Skewer and Bake The Chicken
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, 220 degrees Celsius
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake the skewers for 20 minutes, turn after 10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
Garlic Butter Mixture
In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, and honey. Set aside.
Serve and Enjoy!
Once cooked, remove the skewers from the tray and brush with garlic butter mixture.
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
