  • 1 tsp / 6 g salt
  • ½ tsp / 1 g black pepper
  • 1 tsp / 2 g chili flakes
  • 1 tsp / 2 g paprika
  • 1 tsp / 2 g onion powder
  • 2 tsp / 6 g fresh garlic granules
  • 1 tsp / 2 g oregano
  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml olive oil

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 6 tbsp / 84 g Salted Butter
  • 5 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp / 5 ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp / 8 g Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp / 7 g Honey

Instructions

Prepare the chicken

  • Cut the boneless chicken breasts into evenly sized cubes or strips so they cook evenly.

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a large bowl, add the chicken along with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, paprika, onion powder, garlic granules, oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Mix well until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
  • Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature

Skewer and Bake The Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, 220 degrees Celsius
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake the skewers for 20 minutes, turn after 10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
  • Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, and honey. Set aside.

Serve and Enjoy!

  • Once cooked, remove the skewers from the tray and brush with garlic butter mixture.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
