Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 150 grams Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter

Instructions

Preheat The Oven and Prepare The Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Grab a 7x7-inch cake pan and grease it with cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mash Bananas and Add Sugar, Eggs

  • In a large bowl, add the ripe bananas.
  • Mash the bananas with the back of a fork or a potato masher.
  • To the mashed bananas, add granulated sugar and brown sugar for sweetness.
  • Crack the eggs one by one and mix using a whisk or a hand mixer.

Add Butter and Vanilla

  • Add melted butter and vanilla essence to the egg mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients well until everything is combined.

Add The Dry Ingredients

  • Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
  • Using a spatula, fold the mixture until the batter is just combined.
  • Then, fold the semi-sweet dark chocolate into the batter evenly.

Melt Peanut Butter and Mix In

  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place the peanut butter in the microwave to heat up for about 10 seconds.
  • Add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the brownie batter.
  • Use a butter knife to gently swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
