- 2 ripe Bananas
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 150 grams Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
Preheat The Oven and Prepare The Pan
Mash Bananas and Add Sugar, Eggs
In a large bowl, add the ripe bananas.
Mash the bananas with the back of a fork or a potato masher.
To the mashed bananas, add granulated sugar and brown sugar for sweetness.
Crack the eggs one by one and mix using a whisk or a hand mixer.
Add The Dry Ingredients
Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
Using a spatula, fold the mixture until the batter is just combined.
Then, fold the semi-sweet dark chocolate into the batter evenly.
Melt Peanut Butter and Mix In
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Place the peanut butter in the microwave to heat up for about 10 seconds.
Add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the brownie batter.
Use a butter knife to gently swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
Bake, Cool, and Enjoy!
Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for another 25-30 minutes.
