Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp / 32 g Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp / 45 ml Milk
  • ¼ tsp / 1.25 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 4 tbsp / 30 g All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ tsp / 1 g Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp / 24 g Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp / 15 g Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Grab a 12-oz microwave-safe mug, add flour, baking powder, and sugar into the mug.
  • Mix well using a fork or a small whisk to give a good mix.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Then, add peanut butter, milk, and vanilla essence to it.
  • Use a fork or a small whisk to stir the ingredients until the batter is completely lump-free and smooth.

Stir In Chocolate Chips and Microwave

  • Stir 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips into the batter and sprinkle a few extra on top for added gooeyness.
  • Place the mug in the oven and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

Cool, Serve and Enjoy!

  • Once baked, let the mug cake cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
