Ingredients

  • 2 pieces / 2 pieces Salmon fillet
  • ½ tsp / 0.5 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp / 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Olive oil

For creamy lemon butter sauce

  • 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Onions Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • ½ cup / 117.5 g Vegetable stock
  • 2-3 tbsp / 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup / 238 g Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take two fillets of salmon fish and clean it all
  • Seasoned it with ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper
  • Heat the pan with medium flame and add olive oil to it
  • Shallow fry the salmon fillets in olive oil with skin side down
  • Cook each side of fillet for 3-4 minutes
  • Served it on a plate and put it aside

The creamy lemon butter sauce

  • Heat another saucepan on medium flame
  • Add 3 tbsp of butter and let it melt
  • Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions and 1 tbsp of minced garlic and saute it for 2 minutes
  • Add ½ cup of vegetable stock, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 cup of heavy cream and mix it with a spatula
  • Cook the mixture until the sauce thickened
  • Add seasonings of salt and black pepper as per required taste
  • Add 2 tbsp of chopped parsley to it
  • Pour the sauce on the fillet of salmon
  • Your hot, juicy, and tendered pan-seared salmon with creamy lemon butter sauce is ready. Enjoy It with the fork and spoon on the dinner table with your loved one's
