- 4 Eggs medium-sized
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 4 pieces Sliced bread
Boil 4 medium-sized eggs for 8-10 minutes and peel them off.
Cut the boiled eggs into half and separate the egg white and egg yolk of all the eggs.
Cut the egg white into small diced shape chunks.
Mash the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
In a bowl of mashed egg yolk, Add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander, a pinch of salt, ¼ tsp of black pepper, and egg white chunks, and mix everything well.
Spread a sufficient amount of egg mayo mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich into 2 pieces and make your tea time more scrumptious.
