Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs medium-sized
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Sliced bread

Instructions

  • Boil 4 medium-sized eggs for 8-10 minutes and peel them off.
  • Cut the boiled eggs into half and separate the egg white and egg yolk of all the eggs.
  • Cut the egg white into small diced shape chunks.
  • Mash the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
  • In a bowl of mashed egg yolk, Add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander, a pinch of salt, ¼ tsp of black pepper, and egg white chunks, and mix everything well.
  • Spread a sufficient amount of egg mayo mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice of bread.
  • Cut the sandwich into 2 pieces and make your tea time more scrumptious.
