Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika smoked paprika for smoky flavor
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tbsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper/Red Pepper Flakes Optional heat

Instructions

Prepare The Seasoning

  • Grab a small mixing bowl and combine salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Sprinkle in the paprika- use smoked paprika if you prefer a smoky flavor.
  • For additional heat, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. This step is optional, so skip it if you want a milder seasoning.

Mix and Adjust The Flavor

  • Give the seasoning ingredients a good mix using a spoon or a small whisk. Mix well until they are evenly blended.
  • Take a pinch of the seasoning and taste. Adjust salt or heat to your liking as needed.

Use or Store

  • Transfer the steak seasoning to a clean, airtight container or a mason jar and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • To use this seasoning, coat beef steaks or roasts before grilling, searing, or roasting. Let the seasoning sit for 30 minutes, then grill, pan-sear, or broil to enjoy a delicious result!
