Watermelon Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups / 456 g Watermelon
  • ½ cup / 100 g Sugar
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup / 240 ml Cold Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • A Few Mint Leaves

Instructions

Blend Watermelon and Sugar

  • Take the watermelon pieces and add them to the blender.
  • Add sugar to sweeten and secure the lid tightly.
  • Blend until the mixture turns smooth.

Add Lemon Juice and Water

  • Place a fine strainer over a jug and carefully pour the blended watermelon mixture into it.
  • Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice into the jug with the watermelon juice.
  • Add cold water to the drink and a few mint leaves to infuse it with a minty aroma. Stir the lemonade to mix everything.

Toss In Ice Cubes, Decorate, and Serve!

  • Place a few ice cubes into your serving glasses and pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.
  • Garnish with a few slices of lemon and watermelon if you like.
