Flip the 270 grams of canned tuna dipped in water into the strainer and drain the water completely by pressing it with a spoon into the strainer
In a mixing bowl, shift the drained tuna and add 6 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of mustard paste, ¼ cup of finely diced cucumber, and 2 tbsp of finely diced onion
Add seasonings of ¼ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of crushed black pepper, and 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it well.
Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander and again mix it well to make a sandwich mixture.
Take 2 slices of bread for each sandwich
Spread 1 tbsp of softened butter on one side of a single bread slice. Repeat the same process for another slice of bread
Pour the tuna sandwich mixture on the butter side of bread slice and make a sandwich with another bread slice
Cut it diagonally and serve the scrumptious tuna sandwiches with crispy fries
