To make this delicious Chicken Alfredo Pasta, start by sprinkling 1/2 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and garlic granules on the chicken breasts, flip these over and repeat on the other side.
Flip the chicken pieces a few times more to make sure that they are well covered in the seasoning.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes each side or until they are golden brown.
Once done, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Once the pasta is al dante, set 1 cup of pasta water and drain it off.
Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in the same pan used before and fru the garlic cloves until golden.
Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the pan and give it a good stir.
Next add half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and oregano to the sauce. Mix well.
Lower the heat and add Parmesan cheese. Cook well until the cheese dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly.
Top the sauce with some chopped coriander and add the chicken pieces to the prepared sauce.
Mix in the boiled pasta and the reserved pasta water. Mix well.
