Ingredients

  • 2 & ½ cups Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 2 medium-sized Eggs
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar / Honey / Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Neutral Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

Preheat The Oven and Prepare The Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit or 160 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mash Bananas and Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ripe bananas and mash them with a fork until smooth.
  • Crack the eggs into the mashed bananas and add sugar, oil, and vanilla essence. Whisk everything together until fully blended.

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt to the wet mixture.
  • Use a spatula or spoon to fold the ingredients gently.
