Ingredients

  • ½ of a large-sized Pineapple
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 & ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Prepare Ingredients

  • Cut half of a large pineapple into smaller chunks.
  • Squeeze about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into a small bowl.
  • Prepare the ice cubes, coconut milk, and condensed milk.

Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Add the pineapple chunks, ice cubes, condensed milk, lemon juice, and coconut milk into the blender.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Start your electric blender with all the ingredients inside. Keep blending till the texture turns smooth.

Adjust Sweetness

  • You should start with a little sweetness when blending so that you can add more if needed. After blending, add as much condensed milk as needed to adjust the sweetness to your desire.

Serve

  • Prepare your glasses by dipping the tips in condensed milk.
  • Then dip the condensed milk-covered glass tips into granulated sugar.
  • Add ice cubes to the glasses.
  • Pour the Piña Colada into the glasses.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge on each glass.
  • Serve cold and immediately.
