How To Make No bake Tiramisu Cheesecake
- Place the digestive biscuits in a food processor and blend until they turn into fine crumbs, then add the melted butter and mix until combined.
- Transfer the cookie crumbs into an 8-inch springform pan (nonstick/greased). Press the crumbs evenly onto the bottom of the pan and refrigerate them for about 15 minutes to set properly.
- First, take a measuring jug and pour 2 tbsp of coffee into it, and add 1 cup of warm water to make liquid coffee. Then, pour the coffee mixture into a bowl and set it aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup sugar. Then, use an electric mixer to whip up the cream and sugar until the soft peaks form.
- Add cream cheese and Mascarpone cheese with 1 tsp of vanilla essence to whipped cream and continue to whip until well combined. Do not overmix it.
- Now spread half of the cream mixture on top of the first biscuit crust, then dip the ladyfingers in a coffee mixture for 2 to 3 seconds and place them on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers layer. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, dust your cake with cocoa powder. Enjoy this beautiful cake with a cup of coffee or tea.
Tips for the Perfect No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake Recipe
- You need to use cold cream if you want the texture to be perfectly whipped and creamy.
