Crispy potato tacos are so crispy and make your mood so cozy and heavenly. You can easily prepare it within half an hour by using this super quick and simple recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 small Potatoes
For Filling:
- 4 tbsp Green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 4 tbsp Onion (chopped )
- 4 tbsp Bell pepper (red)
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chilli powder (red)
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Take a pan. Place it on the stove on a medium flame.
- Add potatoes and get them boiled.
- When potatoes get boiled perfectly, remove the pan from the stove. Rinse water from the potatoes.
- Mashed boil potatoes using a potato masher.
- Turn on the stove on a medium flame.
- Grease the pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
- Add 4 tbsp of chopped onion and saute it for about 2 minutes.
- Now, add red and green bell pepper and saute it for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour spices including cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and black pepper into the pan.
- Cook this batter until everything cooks perfectly.
- Now pour this batter into the mashed boiled potatoes.
- Add salt, black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, and mozzarella cheese to the potatoes.
- Mix everything so well.
- Spread mixed cheese over the tortilla, and add two spoons of potato batter.
- Again sprinkle mixed cheese over the top.
- Fold tortillas to make a taco.
- Now take a non-stick pan. Palace it on the stove.
- Turn on the stove on a medium flame.
- Pour 1 tbsp of cooking into the pan. Grease it.
- Now put these tacos and cook them until they get crispy and tacos turn into golden brown colour. Cut them into halves.
- Finally, the super yummy cheesy potato tacos are ready for serving.
