Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp / 12 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp / 12 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp / 14.79 ml Melted butter
  • ¼ tsp / 1.23 ml Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch / 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Large size / 1 Large size Egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp / 22.5 g All-purpose flour
  • tsp / 0.62 g Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp / 29.57 g Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a Mug, add 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of melted butter, ¼ tsp of vanilla essence, and 1 pinch of salt
  • In a separate plate, segregate 1 large size of egg yolk from egg white and add it to a Mug and mix it well
  • Add 4 tbsp of All purpose flour and ⅛ tsp of baking soda and mix it until a thick better formed
  • Add 2 tbsp of chocolate chips and mix it until the chips mix evenly throughout the better
  • Set the better into the cup through the base of the spoon by pressing it and make sure to make an even layer
  • Add some more chocolate chips on the top for the better look
  • Microwave it for one minute. Your 1-minute chocolate chip cookie is ready to enjoy in the cozy evenings
