  • 1/2 Large Size Cucumber Sliced 1/4 Inch Thick And Halved
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Medium-size Ripe Avocado Cut Into Small Pieces
  • 1 medium Size Carrot Julliened
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs Quartered
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
