Maybe that also depends on the colour of the mango as that ranges from deep order to sunny yellow! If it is already yellow then after mixing with the white whipped cream it would turn even lighter and if it’s orange even with the cream it would result in a brighter colour!

You DEFINITELY can not. Milk doesn’t have enough fat content for it to whip up at all, hence you need cream. And even the cream needs to be atleast 30% fat.
I say, if you’re gonna make a recipe, do it right! If you don’t have a certain ingredient, get it. No substitutions. Otherwise, why bother?!!
