- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter (Softened)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
- 1 Medium Green chili (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions
- First, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and the green chili to the softened butter. (you can increase or decrease the amount of the chili according to your preference)
- Mix them well with the butter.
- Spread the butter mix to both sides of the bread slices.
- Then sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
- Bake them at 200℃ preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until they become crispy.
- Take them out of the oven/pan when done and serve immediately.

The final product may be tasty but it’s problematic in the execution. If you bake the slices on a pan, only the top gets toasty. If you bake it on the wire shelf, the butter on the bottom of the toast melts all over the oven floor. Am I missing something here?
@Hector: Use a flat oven tray on your shelf with some baking parchment on it, they should come out nice and golden if the oven has been properly pre-heated.

This recipe is so easy and tasty to eat.. I just added fine chopped yellow bell pepper, spring onion, basil leaves and oregano herb mix to the above ingredients.. It was a perfect breakfast on Saturday morning..
