Ingredients

  • 50 grams / 50 grams Milk Chocolate
  • 50 grams / 50 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 50 grams / 50 grams White Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp / 29.57 g Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp / 29.57 g Sugar
  • ¼ tsp / 1.23 g Salt
  • 2 Cups / 488 g Milk
  • 4 tbsp / 59.15 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp / 4.93 ml Vanilla essence
  • ¾ Pieces / ¾ Pieces Marshmallows (For garnishing)

Instructions

  • Take 50 grams of milk chocolates, dark chocolate and white chocolate each.
  • Chopped all three chocolates finely and place them in a pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder.2 tbsp. Sugar and ¼ tsp. Salt into the chocolates.
  • Add little milk in it and start heating the pan over medium heat
  • Whisk well until chocolates are completely melted and smooth.
  • All remaining 2 Cup of milk in it.
  • Add ¼ tbsp. Of heavy cream and 1 tsp. vanilla essence in chocolaty hot milk and whisk well.
  • Whisk well until it comes to simmer. Do not boil the milk.
  • Serve the tasty hot chocolate with marshmallows garnishing and liquid chocolate gouache.
  • You can also serve this hot and yummy hot chocolate with whipped cream and enjoy the winter and snowy nights.
