Instructions

  • Take a pan (preferably non-stick pan) and melt one tsp. of butter over medium heat. Take 2 slices of white bread and toast them on one side.
  • Flip the bread and add another tsp. of butter, let the bread toast from the other side a swell. In the meantime, put a slice of cheddar cheese on of the bread slices.
  • Put these bread slices aside and take put 3 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in the pan. Crack the egg open in a bowl and then pour the egg in the pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the egg sunny side up, take a spoon and put some hot oil over the egg. Make sure that the heat is medium or else the egg will overcook and we want the egg yolk to be runny.
  • Once the egg is done, take it out and put it over the bread slice that has cheese on it. Cover it up with the other slice and cut the sandwich in two halves.
  • You now have for yourself a basic and yum fried egg sandwich. You can always add veggies of your choice like tomatoes, avocadoes or even spinach. Also, you can always add sauces to make it tastier.
