Ingredients

  • 4 large / 4 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 small / 1 small Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp / 1 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • ½ tsp / ½ tsp Chili flakes
  • ½ cup / 64 g Carrots (Diced )
  • 2 cup / 370 g Rice (Plain)
  • ½ tsp / ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp / ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Green onions (Chopped)

Instructions

  • Take four eggs and beat them nicely. Add a pinch of salt and whisk them.
  • On medium heat, take a pan and add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them. Fry them until they are done.
  • On high heat, take another pan and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add one nicely chopped onion, one teaspoon minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon chili flakes and fry them for a minute.
  • Then add ½ cup diced carrot and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 2 cups of leftover rice and fry them for two minutes.
  • Add ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper and mix them.
  • Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, scrambled eggs and mix them with rice nicely.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of chopped green onions and mix everything well.
  • Serve hot!
